Wetlands Days 2009 at SASM were held June 9th and 10th at the Sewerage Agency of Southern Marin’s wastewater treatment plant and equalization basin/pond. The focus was the importance of healthy wetlands and how humans contribute to and participate in supporting those wetlands. Fourteen third grade classes (approximately 20 students/class, plus teachers and chaperones) from Mill Valley attended the event.
